Ya, but if you listen to the entire 90 min (which I did), you’ll see that theres a 50% chance the judge will throw the case out as moot. Turd-o knows he can keep stalling this and reinstating illegal policies because gov’t lawyers are taxpayer-funded. So he’ll try it again and again, knowing it costs him nothing to carry on dishing out the abuse. If it’s dismissed as moot, then just watch. Come November, the tyrants will do something else that’s against the constitution. It will, once again, carry on until there is a lawsuit. At which point it will be dropped, but not before hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of legal bills have been incurred by the plaintiffs.
And the cycle of tyrannical abuse continues. Over and over and over.
