SO A BATTERY THAT SITS OUTSIDE (beside A/C perhaps) and can power a household for DECADES was developed and paid for by US government and then GIVEN AWAY to China!!!! Is there a money trail?

This is why orgs like the DOE need to be shuttered forever and their former occupants put in jail for the rest of their lives.
Add the Dept of Ed, Import-Export Bank, etc etc etc etc. Could fill an encyclopedia with the departments deserving of prison time and banishment.
