The United Kingdom and its allies are facing a “1937 moment” in light of Russia’s most recent invasion of Ukraine, and therefore must “mobilise” its armed forces to “meet today’s threat and thereby prevent war in Europe,” the head of the British Army said on Tuesday.

This is madness. The West reneged on the promise not to expand into the former Warsaw Pact nations. We are backing Russia into a corner with Ukraine.
If we demilitarized those nations and came to the table with some constructive solutions to protect both sides, I would say it would be a win-win for for all.
But no, the MIC needs to make out like Big-Pharma or so it appears.
I read that the demographics in Russia don’t look too good. Declining Birth rate. Russia is no longer run by ideology. Capitalism by oligarchs. Communism is dead.
Even China is a hybrid Capitalist nation. China does need to obtain resources they don’t have. Attack or buy out nations. Russia does not need to expand, they have resources.
Russia is coming out on top through being a resource rich nation. Why do they need to wage a destructive war. There are only downsides. The next WW could be very costly in lives.
