The gold chart has been compressing since making a bottom about 6 weeks ago. With the 50 day average coming down closer to the 200 day the set-up is in place for the coming rally to not just reach my original target of 1900 but the more recently provided target of 2000 on it’s way toward the ATH at 2100 and beyond. The spring is compressed and the move will be fast and furious. Whether this ridiculous non-move by the G7 is the trigger or more likely as detailed in my post below, the coming BRIC’s/Russia/China/India et.al. joining together to replace the dollar for trade and financial transactions is the catalyst, doesn’t really matter. It is inevitable and about to play out.

I could be wrong but I never heard that Russia sells Billions of Dollars worth of Gold !
My Understanding is that net net they BUY Gold and have it as a reserve.
IF the Ruble is to be backed by Gold why would they sell it at all.
All Production would be bought by the Russian Central Bank…no ?
China buys all their domestic gold production. I would be very surprised if Russia doesn’t do the same.
