I advise anyone receiving a home test kit from the government, to not open it, write: Return To Sender on it and put it back in your mailbox. If enough citizens do so, you will be sending a message to this incompetent pretender of a president and his moronic minions how you feel about them wasting all this money on such complete nonsense.

That is an excellent idea. Not only not complying, but sticking it in their face.
Since the Postal workers get paid no matter what, they may as well keep busy after the Christmas crunch is over. (Maybe some of them get exposed to the arsenic based reagent in the kits. Let’s see how dangerous or not, they actually are?)
