WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FLU AND COVID ?
NOTHING THAT’S WHAT
WELL NOT EXACTLY..COVID IS “WORTH” $13,000 PER CASE TO THE HOSPITAL WHILE THE FLU IS WORTH NOTHING

I think it can be helpful to be as precise as possible. I personally have relatively little formal background in virology, though I tried to brush up very slightly last year. Please, anyone who knows, correct me.
“The flu” is as I was taught all too many decades ago best considered a colloquialism that includes many types of infection.
“Influenza” is a particular type of viral infection. Virologists now have a great handle on the genetics of the virus.
Corona viruses are a different kind of virus. Virologists have a great handle on their genetics.
Corona viruses are not influenza viruses. Both can produce something that colloquially might be called ‘the flu.’
If there is a debate between some essentially dishonest establishment figure, pro injection, pro lockdown, etc, and any number of people, including “doctor” types who go on dissident video chnnels, who do not know modern virology or use the terminology carefully, the establishment figures will wipe the floor with them.
