XRP is always lazy to move and usually moves last (after Bitcoin and Ethereum have had a good run).

Bitcoin has already appreciated 500% from its lows and Ethereum some 600%. Let’s see what XRP will do …

I agree, 9 $ is a crazy target (actually sitting at 50 cents) !!

However, according to previous cycles and Fibonacci extensions, XRP could indeed shoot straight to the mentioned target ! Moreover that move would just represent the first of a series of waves !!
Be prepared and do not take profits too soon !!

Not saying it happens for sure ! Do not have a crystal ball ! But would not be too surprised if it happens…
