Possible Uplist candidate. Can chart be telling future event? Rumor for audit/uplist date is Friday?

Update:  1/17/18 Company posts on twitter just returned from 5 day trip in Arizona to  review opening first location of restaurant chain in USA.  I was hearing about an audit completion announcement and uplisting to be on 1/19/18.  It’s pure speculation.  I am trying to connect the dots if there are any.  Upper management returns 2 days before possible announcement?  Hmm…Chart looks like it could break to upside.
