We all know Mr Market can rain on your parade…just when you think you got it all figured out and are rolling in the dough.
BUT Mean old Mr Market has Nothing on that ol gal Mother Nature
Remember a couple days ago I was bragging about the idyllic weather we were having and how the month of June was my favorite and there was peace love and harmony in my world. ( Pollyanna and Mojo)
Well last night we had a torrential and relentless rainfall…6 inches in 6 hours in Happy Valley
We have 3 homes on a stream which is usually about 3 feet deep and 15 feet wide on average
Mother Nature trumps Mr Market when She wants to kick Asp.
But She spared us. The rain suddenly stopped and the river crested inches from that bridge….would have took the house down with it.!
MORAL OF THE STORY….NEVER GET TO COCKY !

I work as a weather forecaster Fully. I’ve often thought forecasting the markets has a lot in common with forecasting the weather. Glad you were spared (just).

Just as your Wx flipped, so did ours in CO.
From three days of mid 90s (35C) MTW …. we only hit 51 for our daytime high on Fri. (about 10C). Two days of separation between 35 and 10C, for highs.
