Third day of temps north of 95F here in CO. Very warm night in store tonight too, hardly below 70.
Down in AZ, they’ve been near all time records for any date at 120 in PHX and 116 in Tucson.
Nights barely down into the 80s in the early morning hours and even mountain towns seeing 90 at 8am.
The whole SW is broiling.

I gather Britain is also going through record breaking hot spell in some parts.
I live in the Keweenaw Peninsula. Summers are paradise. If you don’t ski, winters would be a drag. Sunset is at 10p.m. tonight on the lake. Lake Superior is gorgeous. Michigan Technological University is an excellent nearby college. Southern Ontario is similar, I’m sure. I’ve only been to Canada once, to Banff, to give a lecture. That is a beautiful place for sure.

And would you believe it was 35C (95F) in London yesterday ! The average is nearer to 20.

The good news is that Bulls on GDX have gone from 25% to 49% in the last few days. We could be in for a good rally into July/August. 🙂
