Source of Advance, Decline, New High, New Low data for Canada?
I have relied for decades on looking at Yahoo for numbers on Advances, Declines, New Highs, New Lows, Advancing Volume, Declining Volume (+ unchangeds) for Canadian as well as US exchanges. My usual Yahoo site today gives no data ( https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/advances?bypass=true ). If I go to ca.finance.yahoo.com to try to find the info, I end up being directed to some ‘beta’ site that doesn’t work.
It looks as if they may be continuing on the multi-year series of upgrades that eventually made finance.yahoo.com useless recently. The glitch today with the Advance Decline etc suggests that they may be trying to upgrade ca.finance.yahoo.com as well.
Anyone know of a good site that provides the Advance, New High, etc numbers for Canadian (and US exchanges)? Ideally one that updates throughout the day, doesn’t require logging in. One that allows script-blocking and adware blocking software would be especially nice. (If necessary, though, I’d pay a subscription for a super-duper site that gives me my data but does a lot more if there are any recommendations.)

Yahoo has become so annoying. If you go to this link you can still get the old view. https://au.finance.yahoo.com/
Paul and Turtle,
Thank you very much.
The site is now showing data again–it didn’t for much of the day. I hope it is just a false alarm.
I am scared though that they were fiddling with the Advances page for a few hours in preparation for the definitive upgrade to uselessness of the ca.finance.yahoo site.
If anyone knows where else these data are readily available, let me know. I used to do all sorts of calculations and charting with the Advance Decline, NH NL stuff and will again if my life untangles some. There’s lots of info there not apparent in averages, I think. I find it useful just glancing at this stuff during the day sometimes.
(A bit off on a tangent, but not so much: in the 1990s I subscribed to the Globe from South of the Border. One of the biggest reasons was that they had a weekly Advance Decline New High New Low table for Canadian stocks listing the A’s D’s NH’s and NLs for Mining and separately also Precious Metal stocks as I recall. I charted these for years. When they started looking saggy vs perky (you can do analysis), it seemed to be an important sign if memory serves. If anyone happens to know a website with info like this it would be really great.)
I used to find it on tmx money but difficult to find anything there also, unless I am missing somewhere to click?? Stockhouse has short page of stuff
